Does our team need to be technical?
No. I translate technical possibilities into concrete work processes and involve the people who will actually use the system.
What if AI turns out not to be the answer?
Then I say so. Sometimes a plain process improvement is enough. Stopping early is a good result too: you avoid an expensive project without clear value.
What does AI consultancy cost?
I often start with a coaching programme for the leadership team. From there, we continue building together or I hand things over to your team. Standalone implementation projects typically start at €2,000. You get a concrete estimate in the introduction.
